“The privilege of a lifetime is to be who you really are.''

CHANGE YOUR MINDSET, CHANGE YOUR LIFE

It is now the time to be who you have always dreamed of being

Work with me, be free and connected

Through coaching, workshops, conferences, yoga, meditation and writing, I help people reconnect with themselves, be fully present, and rediscover the freedom to follow their heart.

My mission

Now, I am committed to following the guidance of my heart. Through who I am and what I do, I want to be an inspiration so that individuals who cross my path feel that they can be themselves and feel free to follow the impulses of their heart.

Who am I?

Before, I would have answered this question by saying I am an athlete, a future professional hockey player who will accomplish great things.

Now, I cannot answer this question since I believe that we are truly greater than we think we are. However, I can that in the here and now, I dedicate myself to the most beautiful of journeys, the journey itself. This is what leads me to follow the impulses of my heart while being committed, but detached, to my goals, my dreams and my mission.

Hitting rock bottom and experiencing illness for a few years was eye-opening for me. This led me to develop my self-awareness and forge an identity more ''grounded''. This experience revealed who I am and led me to see life in a completely different way. Despite the suffering experienced daily, this experience is the most beautiful gift that life could have given me and I know that this is what awaits you no matter what you experience because when you become one with yourselves and with what happens to us, the door to miracles opens in ways we could not have imagined.

Life has a way of asking questions that cannot be answered quickly.

Questions about purpose, pain, love, growth, and what it truly means to live aligned with who we are.Through my writing, I explore these questions openly and honestly.

On my Substack, I share reflections on personal transformation, emotional healing, conscious performance, and the deeper philosophical and spiritual dimensions of life. Some articles are practical. Others are contemplative. All of them are written with the intention of helping us better understand ourselves and the experiences that shape us.

If you are curious about the inner world, the process of growth, and the art of turning life’s challenges into wisdom, you may enjoy these writings.
