Today, I am proud and happy to share my first book: 25 Concepts for Your Darkest Moments: How to Thrive in Times of Chaos.
I wrote this book during the hardest time of my life so that people can use the "wisdom" and perspective I've gained during those tough times.
Really, pain, chaos, and suffering can be hard to live with, but it is always, always a beautiful opportunity to grow as a human being on a deeper level.
I wrote this book with all the compassion in the world for anyone going through major challenges, and I really want to acknowledge the fact that no matter where you are and what you do, you are doing your best. You don't need to try to do more than your best. Just trust that everything is meant to be and will lead exactly to the right place, but you cannot connect the dots looking forward, only looking backward as Steve Jobs would say.
Also, don't use any concept as a way to repress or escape what you are going through. Live what is there to be lived; live the pain, but don't stay in suffering. Use the mindset and the perspective as a way to "gain" more, suffer less, and feel more grounded in those challenges.
Again, may it fill the heart of the one that needs it, and may it touch the right person at the right time.
God bless you,
