Time to come back to ourselves and remember who we are: the power of meditation

I was introduced to meditation by my mother around the age of 12. Early on, something within me knew that this was a deep path — a doorway to myself, life, and something greater. It wasn’t just a practice; it was a reconnection.
Over time, this connection deepened. I chose to explore it further through immersive experiences that profoundly shifted my perception of reality: a retreat in an ashram where we meditated for several hours a day... a complete immersion in total darkness, alone, for 48 hours with no outside distractions. These experiences allowed me to touch something timeless and essential.
And then came illness. That period invited me to dive even deeper. I used meditation to remember who I was, to shift my relationship with the intense sensations I was feeling. It became my anchor when I felt most lost. It was also my space for alignment, for recentering myself, for finding answers — and sometimes simply for being — to reconnect with that ever-present awareness, even when everything else felt unclear.
Today, it feels natural to share the forms of meditation that have supported me on my path. Some are designed to help you feel and process emotions or physical sensations. Others reconnect you to the simple beauty of the present moment. And others help you meet a more conscious, aligned version of yourself.
Each meditation is an invitation to return to yourself. To slow down. To listen.
